Not a login added to an existing timetable. A different structure for the whole day — AI-composed groups, a hologram classroom, and teacher check-ins that are mandatory, not optional.
The model, at a glance
No fixed timetable. Fixed hours, flexible order.
Students choose the order they take their subjects in. The hours per subject are fixed but adjustable — typically 2 to 3 hours — so the day bends around the student, not the other way round.
A day in the life
One subject block, start to finish
This repeats for every subject block a student takes that day — in whatever order they've chosen.

Individual block
The fixed-hour study and practice period, worked through at the student's own pace.
Group session
A live session with roughly 10 students. Group size scales with how many students are present that day.
AI transfer
A transfer system rotates group composition over time, based on ongoing AI analysis of how each group is working.
Post-chapter session
A conversational AI runs a 1:1 revision and brainstorm session once the chapter is done.
The AI layer
Groups are composed on purpose — never at random
The AI looks at how each student is actually doing and builds cohorts deliberately, aiming for the best collective outcome for that group.

Sub-groups within each cohort are expected to work together and support each other — the group is a learning unit, not just a seating arrangement.

Cohorts of about 10, not a lecture hall of fifty
Group size scales with attendance that day, so the ratio stays close to the same regardless of how many students show up.
Master Classes

For the topics that don't work as a worksheet, a teacher-controlled hologram device projects Biology, Chemistry and Physics diagrams live, at the zoom level the concept actually needs. This is the hardware layer of the model, being built and piloted directly with school partners rather than sold off a shelf.

Ask without being identified, then choose to reveal yourself later for follow-up.

Diagrams are built on open government scientific datasets, not stock illustrations.

The lecture tree
Every chapter, broken into a tree — with no way to skip through
Chapters are broken into a tree of topics and segments. Checkpoints appear throughout, so a student can't quietly fall behind without anyone noticing.
In-lecture questions
Short questions dropped directly into the lecture itself.
Topic checkpoint
A checkpoint question after every individual topic.
Segment check
A larger check once a full segment of the tree is complete.
Super question paper
A comprehensive paper at the end of the chapter, covering everything in the tree.

Device policy
Tablets go home — locked to Seal, nothing else
Every enrolled student takes a kiosk-locked tablet home, restricted to Seal apps only, so home study stays on the same system as the classroom. A refundable security deposit covers the device.
On camera use during home sessions: when a live AI or lecture session is running on the take-home tablet, the camera is active only for that declared session, with a clear on-screen indicator so the student always knows when it's on. There is no monitoring outside of a running session, and nothing runs silently in the background.
Timing and access restrictions on the device can be adjusted per student on request to a mentor.

Students are onboarded batch by batch, not all at once — so issues surface early and small.

A direct line to the Seal team through rollout and beyond, plus the term-wise reviews included in licensing.

Data use
Student data powers personalisation and progress reporting only. It is not sold to third parties.
Access control
Faculty see only their own batches on the Master Tablet dashboard. Parents see only their own child.
Device policy
Take-home tablets are kiosk-locked. The camera activates only during a declared session, with a visible on-screen indicator.
Consent
Enrollment includes parent and school consent as part of onboarding, not a buried checkbox.
