Acceptance of Terms
By using Seal Education's apps or a Seal-partnered college's classroom systems, a student, parent, or school agrees to these terms.
Use of the Service
Accounts are personal to the student or parent they're issued to. The Main, Notes, Exams and Parent apps are provided for KCET/NEET/JEE PU exam preparation.
Payment & Subscriptions
Student Subscription and School Licensing pricing is agreed directly and confirmed at the time of purchase, not published as a fixed rate on this site.
Take-Home Device Policy
Enrolled students at Seal-partnered colleges may receive a kiosk-locked tablet restricted to Seal apps, covered by a refundable security deposit. Camera access during home sessions is limited to declared, session-scoped use with a visible on-screen indicator.
Intellectual Property
The Seal Education brand, apps, question-generation systems, and hologram content are the property of Seal Digital Solutions.
Limitation of Liability
Seal Education is a study aid, not a guarantee of any exam result. We do not promise specific outcomes.
Termination
Accounts may be suspended for misuse of the platform, including sharing access outside the enrolled student or parent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Karnataka.
Changes
We'll update this page as the product changes, and note the date at the top.
