Acceptance of terms
By using Seal Education's learning apps or a Seal-partnered college's classroom systems, a student, parent, or institution agrees to these terms.
Use of the service
Accounts are personal to the student or parent they're issued to. The learning system is provided for PU academic preparation, including but not limited to KCET, NEET, and JEE.
Payment & licensing
Student and institutional pricing is agreed directly and confirmed at the time of purchase, not published as a fixed rate on this site.
Take-home device policy
Enrolled students at Seal-partnered colleges may receive a kiosk-locked device restricted to Seal apps, covered by a refundable security deposit where applicable. Camera access during home sessions is limited to declared, session-scoped use with a visible on-screen indicator — never silent background monitoring.
Intellectual property
The Seal Education brand, learning apps, question-generation systems, and spatial classroom concepts are the property of Seal Digital Solutions.
Limitation of liability
Seal Education is a learning aid, not a guarantee of any exam or academic result. We do not promise specific outcomes.
Termination
Accounts may be suspended for misuse of the platform, including sharing access outside the enrolled student or parent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Karnataka.
Changes
We'll update this page as the product changes, and note the date at the top.
